Friday 21st November – Exhibitor Load-In & Set-Up: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Saturday 22nd November – Additional Load-In: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM

Early Entry: 10:30 AM
General Admission: 12:00 PM
Event Ends: 5:00 PM
Breakdown Begins: 5:30 PM
Curfew: 8:00 PM

A Small Favour That Makes a Big Difference!

At the end of the event, once you’ve finished packing up your stand, we kindly ask all exhibitors to fold their tablecloths neatly and place them on top of their tables.

This small act of help really makes a big difference, it saves our team hours of work during breakdown and helps us clear the hall efficiently at the end of the night.
